In January 2022, I experienced one of the most challenging moments of my athletic career when I tore my MCL, PCL, and meniscus. After spending years training and competing at a high level, suddenly having to focus on rehabilitation and rebuilding my body gave me a completely different perspective on athletic development. The experience reinforced the importance of proper movement, strength, mobility, injury prevention, recovery, and—perhaps most importantly—the mental side of overcoming adversity.
Growing up, sports were always a major part of my life. I was a 4 sport athlete playing Basketball, Baseball, and Track. However Football ultimately became my passion, and from a young age I learned that success wasn’t just about talent—it was about discipline, preparation, consistency, and being willing to put in the work when nobody was watching.
That mindset carried me through high school, where I received 28 scholarship offers for Football and ultimately chose to continue my career at Rutgers University. I went on to spend six years total playing Running Back at the Division I level, 5 years at Rutgers University and 1 year at Old Dominion University. Accumulating firsthand experience with the demands of high-level strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, position-specific development, recovery, and the mental preparation required to compete at the highest levels.
My playing career also gave me opportunities to experience football beyond the collegiate level, including participating in an NFL rookie minicamp for the Denver Broncos in 2025. Those experiences showed me the difference that proper preparation and development can make in an athlete's career.
After years of being the athlete, I’ve developed a passion for becoming the person who helps the next generation of athletes reach their potential. I enjoy working with young athletes and helping them build the athletic foundation, confidence, and work ethic necessary to succeed—not only in their sport, but in whatever comes next.
As a former Division I running back, I bring a player’s perspective to training. I understand what coaches look for, what it takes to compete at a high level, and the importance of developing skills such as speed, explosiveness, agility, footwork, strength, coordination, and sport-specific movement.
