Paul Kenny Speed (PKS) is dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential by improving top speed, sprint efficiency, and in-game performance. At PKS, speed isn’t just about running fast—it’s about mastering fundamentals and refining the biomechanics that drive optimal performance.

Our approach begins with building strong movement patterns using slow-motion video analysis and targeted drills to improve body positioning during acceleration and top speed. From there, we focus on enhancing force output and elasticity, helping athletes sprint faster, more efficiently, and with a lower risk of injury.

At the core of our philosophy are the Three Pillars of Speed Development:

1. Force Output

We focus on building the strength necessary for explosive speed. In sprinting, especially during acceleration and top-end speed phases, the ability to produce high levels of force is critical for performance.

2. Create Powerful Shapes and Angles

Athletes can have all the strength and power in the world, but if you're not in the right positions or creating the right shapes while sprinting, you won't move efficiently or reach your top-end speed.

3. Ground Contact Times (GCT)

Our techniques aim to improve elasticity, allowing for quicker transitions and less time spent on the ground. It’s not just how much force you produce, but how fast you can apply it.
