“Paul Kenny’s MAP program is hands down the only place I trust to prepare me for football season. Paul designs my own personal program that will not only help me gain speed and strength but also keep me healthy throughout the season. My program targets certain muscle groups preventing other muscles from getting overworked leading to injury. Paul created a friendly training environment that motivates athletes to push themselves in order to see their name on the record board. I would not be a Division 1 athlete without the help of the MAP program.”
