Our team of certified fitness professionals are dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential for their sport, and in the training facility. The energy our staff provides is electric, and the training our athletes receive will help them elevate their game to the next level. Every performance coach at PHAST is a former athlete at the high school, collegiate, or professional level. We understand what it takes to be a student-athlete, and use our experiences to build strong relationships with all of our athletes!

athlete evaluation

To join our program, athletes complete a Performance Evaluation, which includes a Functional Movement Screen and Performance Assessment. Our coaching staff uses this to assess readiness to train, movement competency, injury risk, and collect baseline metrics to track progress over time.

 Custom Program

Once accepted, athletes receive a Customized Training Plan tailored to their development. Program design considers factors such as age, experience, injuries, areas for improvement, sport, and season to ensure safe, long-term progress.

Injury prevention

We understand the demands on today’s youth athletes. Single-sport specialization has increased the risk of injury, as athletes now face more postural and strength imbalances, higher weekly sport hours, and a wider range of injuries. Key factors include starting pre-season underprepared, missing off-season strength gains, and letting training slip during the season.
