Customized Training Program

To gain acceptance into our program, athletes must complete our Performance Evaluation, which includes a Functional Movement Screen and Performance Assessment.  During the assessment, our Coaching Staff will evaluate the athlete’s readiness to train, evaluate movement competency, identify injury risk factors, and collect quantitative measurements to compare improvements in performance over time.

Upon acceptance into the program, PHAST athletes receive a Customized Training Plan designed specifically to meet them where they are in the development process.  Our Program Design team will take into consideration a variety of factors to ensure long term improvement, including: age, experience, previous and current injuries, areas that need improvement, sport, and season.

how does it work?

At our training facility, we are committed to providing a high-performance environment where athletes receive the focused attention they need to excel. We maintain a 1 to 6 coach-to-athlete ratio, ensuring every individual gets the guidance, feedback, and support necessary to reach their full potential.

Athletes train anywhere from 2 to 5 times per week, depending on their specific goals, sport, and schedule. Each training session follows a proven structure designed to maximize results and minimize risk of injury:

Dynamic Warm-Up – Every session begins with movement prep to activate key muscle groups, improve mobility, and get the body ready to work.

Speed & Power Development – We focus on acceleration, deceleration, agility, and explosive power using sport-specific drills and plyometrics.

Strength Training – Athletes follow a customized program tailored to their sport, training age, and individual goals. Our strength work is built on a foundation of proper technique, progressive overload, and injury prevention.

Energy System Development (ESD) – We finish with conditioning tailored to each athlete’s sport demands, whether that means high-intensity intervals, aerobic capacity work, or recovery-focused efforts.
