My journey into sports performance training began in college when I was trying to make the baseball team. While that never worked out, I became a significantly better player and always looked back and wondered what would have happened if I trained so diligently in high school. Realizing my baseball career was over, I turned my attention to becoming a coach so I could bring that training to athletes looking to improve their performance.

During the remainder of college, I had the opportunity to complete internships and work at three amazing facilities. Athletic Performance Training focused on the training of hockey players and Cressey Sports Performance exposed me to elite baseball performance training. Finally, during my last two years of college, I had the opportunity to work as a coach in the school weight room. This was an awesome experience and exposed me to a variety of different sports and taught me how to integrate training with practice and game schedules. Some of my favorite memories from college were watching athletes get on the field or court after long offseasons of training.

My goal is to give athletes the best possible experience by continually pursuing the best training practices and by creating a positive environment that they can expect each time they come into the gym.
